KITO EQS hoists description

The KITO electric hoists of the EQS series have the best features to combine flexibility and productivity. With a single phase 220V 50Hz power supply, the EQS serie models offer lifting capacities from 60 kg to 1000 kg with dual lifting speeds and frequency inverter.

In addition to being waterproof, dust and harsh weather conditions (IP55) protected, the EQS single-phase hoists integrate an overload protection and a upper and lower limit switch. Furthermore, the hoists are equipped with an operating hours counter and load cycles counter.

Mono-phased hoists with frequency inverters

The KITO EQS hoists incorporate a variable frequency inverter which allows for smooth starts and improved low speed stops. This inverter provides the operator with precise load spotting while minimizing swaying.

EQS hoists mounting

The EQS series hoists are delivered as standard with suspension strap compatible with hollow profile section hoist carts. This strap can be can be replaced by an optional top hook.

The EQS models can be mounted on carts with manual thrust steering.

KITO lifting chain

Nickel-plated hoist chains are specifically manufactured by KITO for its hoists. They offer increased strength, according to a special surface treatment which reduces wear and improves corrosion resistance.

Chain bag

The EQS hoists are delivered as standard with a 3m chain and a chain bag in rigid plastic. For higher lifting heights (6 m,15 m, 30 m, 71 m), a canvas or steel chain box is recommended (optional).
