Small counterweight ITI crane

This small crane is designed for a 500 kg maxixum load weight capacity and for occasional lifting use. It’s provided ready-to-use with counterweight. Its rear-mounted chassis allows therefore drive right up to all loads and make this crane very flexible. The small counterweight ITI crane can be used both for changing tools on industrial machines: lathes, milling machines, numerical controler... as well as for motors, pumps maintenance operations...

The small counterweight ITI crane is particularly ergonomic and easy to store. When not in use, it takes up little space: the jib is foldable in a few step, facilitated by handles on the chassis. A jib locking device prevents the hook from swinging and prevents the hydraulic system from any fluid leakage.

Lifting by hydraulic pump

The load is secured by a high-grade DIN safety hook with zinc-plated steel swivel and lifted by a double-acting hydraulic pump with long lifting stroke and long pump lever for better force transmission.

Lowering: height adjustment under hooks

Depending on the adjustment of the opening span, the ITI crane handle determine the lowering speed with a great precision, therefore the load is lowered millimetre by millimetre. The load can be stopped at any point. This device is equipped with a self-locking return spring ensuring your entire safety. The escape handle locks automatically when you release it in order to prevent uncontrolled jib lowering. The maximum handle position is protected against overload lifting.

Jib length adjust

Jib crane has 5 levels of adjustment. Simply loosen the spring cotter at the pin, extend or retract the jib and secure the pin with the spring cotter. The inner jib is galvanised for longer service life and better sliding properties. It is also secured by a locking mechanism that prevents it from falling inadvertently and may cause accidents.

Driving: manual pushing movement

This crane has manual assistance, facilitated by polyamide wheels mounted on ball bearings and an ergonomic guide tiller. The steering wheel is in the tiller, so that the crane can be easily manoeuvred and guided. The ITI small counterweight crane drawbar, which is also mounted on ball bearings, offers a steering angle of almost 180° and allows the crane to turn completely around the front wheels with a small turning radius.

Braking and safety

Simple and convenient to use, the crane stops automatically by raising the tiller. Furthermore, the ITI small crane has foot guards on all wheels.

ITI500B07 Counterweight small crane with electric lift

The ready-to-use counterweight ITI500B07 battery-powered crane is also supplied with battery, charger and joystick control for convenient lifting and lowering by pressing of a button. The remote control unit has an approximately 3 m cable long and allows the operator to move around to monitor the manoeuvre. This option suits particularly when the machine is used for tool changing that requires high precision operating.

The lowering speed of the piston can be reduced from 25 mm/sec to 0 mm/sec to ensure that these extremely precise operations can be safely carried out. Furthermore, the remote control device is equipped with an emergency stop switch for an immediate stop.

Battery

The electric small counterweight crane is equipped with a AGM 65 AH 1x12 volt battery. The charge is controlled by a LED display on the side of the battery. To recharge the battery, simply plug the supplied charger (12 volt, 15 A) into the crane socket and connect it to a 220 volt socket. The battery is fully charged after approximatively 6 to 8 hours. The ITI electric small counterweight crane is equipped with a master key, so that it can be secured against unauthorised use.
